The Time Out application is included with your new Mac. In order to use it, all you need to do is go to the Applications folder and open a text document, then open the word processor that comes with your Mac. In that document you will find a button labeled 'Show Package Contents' in the bottom left hand corner of the document. This button will take you to a page on your computer which shows you what applications are installed and will allow you to uninstall any unwanted ones.
Once you have opened the document in the Word Processor and have chosen the Time Out application from the Utilities list, you will see it listed on the program screen at the top of the window. If you click the button 'Applications' then click Time Out, you will be given a quick overview of all the software that is currently installed. You can also uninstall any applications that you no longer want by clicking the button to the right of the box to the right of uninstall. This will bring up a pop up window asking you if you want to uninstall the Time Out application. If you say yes then a dialog box will appear letting you know that you have just uninstalled the application. If you say no then you will get a prompt letting you know that the application is not installed and will not run on your system.
If you still want to use the Time Out application, then you can download the application and install it on your Mac. This can easily be done by going to the application store for this application and downloading the file which will install the application onto your computer. You should then launch the application and select the 'Time Out' button from the main menu. This will then give you the option to 'Connect', in order to enter into your Mac's Time Out mode.
